Topics covered in this issue include, but are not limited to, molecular aspects of exercise-induced cardiac remodeling; sudden cardiac death; atrial fibrillation in endurance athletes; congenital heart disease in athletes; exercise prescription for the athlete with cardiomyopathy; and advanced exercise testing for the sports cardiologist.
